This is the best opticians I've ever been to for myself and my five children. The opticians themselves discovered issues that nowhere else did, with extra caution due to myself and my husband's family eye issues. My kids, mainly my youngest are always breaking or losing their glasses and the staff always do everything in their power to make sure they're either fixed or a new pair is ordered fast. The prices are great for the childrens' glasses and we are able to get them more fashionable pairs than in other places, that don't cost too much above the cost that the NHS pays for. The staff are lovely and are always empathetic. There are no snooty receptionist like many other places have and they are nothing but kind.

Very helpful and accommodating I went without an appointment and seen quickly by a very capable optician and then took care by one of the sales person they went above and beyond to meet my preferences I would definitely recommend to anyone else .

The staff at Oak Opticians are extremely welcoming, friendly, and offer bespoke care according to your needs! Competent, all hospital trained optometrists. They are providing the best care possible. Mehdi was brilliant. Made my every expectation supersede. Exceptional customer service. They just make it happen for you. Amazing range of glasses as well. One optician who’ll go out of their way to deliver a great service. Don’t ever go to Specsavers.

Extremely professional, fast, reliable and very good prices. I went there with my glasses after having an accident and the frame was broken into two: they changed the frame and save my lens in 5 min! I went there after I went to Vision Express and Specsavers whom both rejected my repair request saying is going to take at least 3 working days. Had my eye test here, looked for new glasses and repaired the broken ones within one hour. I’d totally recommend this place for their service, professionalism and friendly staff. It’s hard to think that you can still find exceptional service these days, but yet this is one of those places! Thank you and keep up the great work!

Can't fault a single thing about these guys, been going to them since 2002, make me feel very comfortable, they are extremely professional and very caring/understanding, ive just purchased 2 new pairs of glasses this Month, couldn't be any more stress free! Would definitely recommend

Highly recommend visiting Oak Optometrists for your next eye test. Greeted warmly Mehdi who talked me through my eye test options, then had a really friendly optician conduct the test and help me understand his recommendations. Whole experience was very relaxed and not like the usual high street opticians.

So, I thought it was important to highlight this and praise the staff at Oak Optometrists, Burnt Oak Broadway 😊 I was in urgent need of new reading glasses, as I’d broken my current ones. Staff were so polite, re-assuring, helpful and welcoming. I was treated with such patience and shown a variety of specs. Helpful and knowledgeable advice was given, and the order process and all options were fully explained. There was no “pressure or hard sell” like I’ve experienced in the past at other opticians. I was allowed the freedom to ask many questions, and to make my own choices, without feeling rushed. I can honestly say the service was faultless.
